Mark advises clients on matters involving business and life. Whether his client needs assistance in protecting their wealth by designing an asset protection plan, forming a business to take on new ventures, or planning for incapacity or death, Mark strives to give holistic and comprehensive guidance. He prides himself in his ability to listen to clients, analyze their case-specific needs, and provide them with options regarding their life and business. Mark’s legal practice areas consist of Asset Protection, Corporate Law, Estate Planning, and Probate Law.

As a family man, Mark embraces the joys of being a husband and father of two young children. Their family loves taking road trips, going to the park, golfing, and embracing the little moments. They attend NorthPark Presbyterian Church in Dallas, Texas, where Mark has served on the Board of Directors (known as the Session) for three years, Clerked the Session for a year, and served on the Board of Directors for the NorthPark Presbyterian Day School.

Currently, Mark serves on the Board of Directors for Altruistic, Inc., a non-profit organization based out of Plano, Texas. The mission of the organization is to provide a day program for individuals with special needs. Where other organizations accept only high functioning individuals, Altruistic is an organization that takes individuals with a wide range of ability.

Mark is a graduate of Frisco High School (2007), Austin College (2011), and Oklahoma City University School of Law (2014). He is a member of the Texas Bar College and the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law (REPTL) section of the State Bar of Texas.
Additionally, Mark has been nominated by his fellow lawyers and recognized as a Super Lawyer “Rising Star” in 2022 and 2023.
