Stephanie Barnes focuses her practice on complex civil litigation representing a variety of businesses and individuals before Texas State and Federal Courts. She is admitted to practice before all courts in Texas, including the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas. Mrs. Barnes has had extensive experience litigating intellectual property matters, including patent and trademark cases, as well as complex business disputes. Mrs. Barnes was born, raised, and currently resides in the Sherman Division of the Eastern District of Texas and particularly enjoys serving clients in Collin, Grayson, and Denton Counties.

Mrs. Barnes has served as President of the Eastern District of Texas Bar Association and on the Eastern District of Texas Local Rules Advisory Committee. She has been recognized as a Texas “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers and is AV Preeminent Peer Rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Mrs. Barnes and her family live in Frisco, Texas.
