Julie’s practice is concentrated in the areas of estate planning, asset protection, and business representation. Working with families and individuals, her focus is to help clients achieve their estate planning goals while maximizing tax savings, creditor protection, and guardianship avoidance.

Julie represents both fiduciaries and beneficiaries in trust administration as well as probate and estate administration. She also routinely prepares federal gift and estate tax returns for clients needing to report taxable gifts or taxable estates, or for surviving spouses desiring to make a portability election.

Julie and her husband, Matt, are longtime Richardson residents. They are enjoying their empty nest years traveling, attending concerts, and sampling the Metroplex’s latest culinary offerings.
