Adam has a general business and corporate law practice, representing both emerging and established companies in a variety of corporate matters including asset protection, corporate and partnership governance, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, other business combinations, public and private debt and equity financing transactions, and strategic relationship transactions. Adam regularly advises clients on corporate governance matters, asset protection options, SEC-related transactions, federal and state trademark and copyright filings and prosecution, real estate transactions, and executive employment and compensation matters.
In addition to Adam’s corporate practice, he has an active practice representing general and limited partners of private equity funds, venture capital and real estate funds and other types of alternative investments on issues relating to fund formation, management, asset protection and investment.
Adam graduated from Albion College in 2003 and received his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law. He is married with two children, an active member of Gateway Church in Frisco, Texas, on the Board of the Frisco YMCA, and an avid golfer and outdoorsman.
