Sean is an associate attorney on Plunk Smith’s business litigation team whose practice includes complex commercial litigation, real estate disputes, contract disputes, and commercial collection matters. Prior to joining the firm in January 2025, Sean represented a wide variety of clients in both consumer and commercial financial disputes, practicing in state and federal courts alike.
A proud two-time Sooner, Sean graduated with special distinction from the University of Oklahoma in 2019 with his bachelor’s degree in political science and as an ICCAE Scholar, and later returned to Norman to earn his Juris Doctor with honors from the College of Law in 2023. While in law school, Sean served as a director on the Board of Advocates and competed as a member of numerous moot court and negotiation teams.
Sean is admitted to practice before all Texas state courts, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Western, and Southern Districts of Texas.
When he’s not working, Sean enjoys golfing, playing chess, and following the English Premier League as an avid Chelsea F.C. fan.
