Rylan is a member of Plunk Smith’s transactional team. Rylan works on a variety of corporate matters involving mergers and acquisitions, entity formations, and outside general counsel matters, with a focus on drafting and negotiating various agreements for a wide range of businesses, including those in the restaurant and hospitality industry.

Education

Rylan received her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Prior to law school, Rylan graduated cum laude from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. Outside the office, Rylan enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends and family.
