Rylan joined Plunk Smith in August 2023, as a member of the firm’s transactional team. Rylan works on a variety of corporate matters with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and drafting and negotiating various agreements for a wide range of businesses, including those in the restaurant and hospitality industry.

Education

Rylan received her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2023. Prior to law school, Rylan graduated cum laude from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics in 2020. Outside the office, Rylan enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time with her friends and family.
