Meet Stephanie

Stephanie Barnes practices complex civil litigation and assists clients draft and negotiate business contracts. She is admitted to practice before all courts in Texas, including the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas. Mrs. Barnes has had extensive experience litigating intellectual property matters as well as complex business disputes. Mrs. Barnes was born, raised, and currently resides in the Sherman Division of the Eastern District of Texas and particularly enjoys serving clients in Collin, Grayson, and Denton Counties.

Mrs. Barnes has served as President of the Eastern District of Texas Bar Association and the Collin County Women Lawyers Association. She has been recognized as a Texas “Rising Star” and a “Super Lawyer” and is AV Preeminent Peer Rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Mrs. Barnes and her family live in Frisco, Texas.
