Collin Delano

Collin joined Plunk Smith, PLLC in August of 2025. He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation disputes involving both businesses and individuals. Prior to joining Plunk Smith, Collin spent four years as a briefing attorney to United States District Judge Sam R. Cummings—where his responsibilities included assisting in managing the Court’s civil docket, drafting legal opinions, and researching complex civil issues. Collin thereafter worked as an associate for a respected firm in downtown Dallas where he assisted in handling a variety of commercial litigation disputes. Away from the office, Collin enjoys spending time with his wife and son, watching Texas Tech sports, golfing, and traveling.
