Bill has been with Plunk Smith, PLLC since 2014. He devotes the majority of his practice to corporate transactional work, estate planning, asset protection, and probate matters. As a transactional attorney, Bill routinely prepares a variety of documents, including company agreements, asset purchase agreements, wills, trusts, employment agreements, and leases.
Prior to joining Plunk Smith, PLLC, Bill worked as in-house counsel for a holding company based in Plano, Texas, which provided him with insight into the unique challenges that small business owners face. A native Chicagoan, Bill received his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. He and his wife have called Frisco their home since 2015. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, card games, and coaching soccer.
